At PureGlow, we want to get your favorite skincare products to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. Below you will find everything you need to know about how we process and ship your orders across Pakistan.

Order Verification & Confirmation

Once you place an order on our store, you will receive an automatic confirmation via email or SMS.

Please Note: To prevent fraudulent orders and ensure your address is correct, a member of our team will call your mobile number to quickly verify your order. We try our best to reach you up to three times. If we cannot get in touch after three attempts, your order will unfortunately be canceled automatically. We highly appreciate your cooperation in helping us get your parcel out as fast as possible.

Processing & Delivery Times

We know you are excited to receive your products, so we prioritize fast dispatching.

  • Processing Time: All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our facility within 1 to 2 business days. If an item happens to be temporarily out of stock, our customer care team will contact you immediately to give you an updated timeline.

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): Delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: Delivery typically takes 4 to 6 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Charges

We like to keep things simple and affordable:

  • Flat Rs. 200 Delivery Charges On All Nationwide Orders!

Courier Partners & Delivery Addresses

We partner with reliable domestic courier networks to handle your packages with care. Your parcel will be delivered straight to the shipping address you provide at checkout.

Tip for faster delivery: Please make sure to include any nearby famous landmarks, sector names, or street numbers during checkout so the courier rider can find your location without any delays.

Tracking Your Package

As soon as your package leaves our facility, we will send you a tracking link via SMS and email. You can use this link to check the real-time status of your delivery at any time.
